                I’m a pain specialist and sports therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people move better and live pain-free. I studied Sports Therapy at the University of Hertfordshire and have worked in professional football environments, including Colchester United and Hornchurch FC, as well as within a chiropractic clinic.<\/span><\/p>\n

                I work with both athletes and non-sporting individuals, focusing on identifying the cause of pain and creating effective, personalised treatment plans.
